Ableton Live 8 Skin Editor

If you want to change the look of Ableton Live 8 to fit your own custom color scheme there is an answer – Skin Editor. I made a custom skin you can download from the downloads page that looks like the pic above, reminds me of a Marvel comic type of vibe and makes things a little easier to see. To install simply go your Live.app in the applications folder, right click the Live.app and choose Show Package Contents/Contents/App-Resources/Skins. Now just drop the Marvel Skin.ask file in that folder and you’ll see it as a skin option in the preferences menu.
